1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Flynet Express Cargo & Logistics Services (‘Flynet Express’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Flynet Express provides air cargo, domestic cargo, rail cargo, road cargo, international cargo, door-to-door delivery, and excess baggage services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on destination, shipment type, and other factors.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made in advance. Payment must be completed before shipment dispatch unless a prior credit arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, UPI, and other approved payment methods.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited: narcotics, explosives, flammable materials, counterfeit goods, live animals (unless pre-approved), perishable goods without proper packaging, and any items prohibited by Indian law or international regulations.

5. Liability Limitation

Flynet Express liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the actual loss, whichever is lower. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend cargo insurance for valuable shipments.

6. Packaging

The customer is responsible for ensuring goods are properly packaged. Flynet Express is not responsible for damage resulting from inadequate packaging. We may offer re-packaging services at additional charge.

7. Customs and Duties

For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in the destination country. Flynet Express provides assistance with documentation but is not liable for customs delays or rejections.

8. Claims

All claims for loss or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation including photographs, receipts, and tracking information. Claims after this period will not be entertained.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

10. Amendments

Flynet Express reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
